Plate Dance
A PJLawler Special, the plate dance challenges the trunk immensely by creating rotatory tension of the abdominals between the upper and lower limbs. An ab burner, the upper limb rotates to the opposite of the lower limb. For athletes requiring rotatory force development of the trunk or just a tough active abdominal exercise, this exercise is best done with a plated weight for 10-15s.
