Front Squat:Press
2 in 1 exercise. Front Squat followed be a Military Press. To add variation and difficulty to training, this exercise can be used to minimise time in the gym by performing 2 exercises at once. The Front Squat:Press is also a fantastic way to cement the Olympic Clean catching position, but being able to move in the catch position, press off the catch position and return to the position.
