Power Jerk (Back)
The Standing Back Jerk with a Power 'Overhead Squat' Catch, is a variation on the classic Split Jerk motion.
The catch instead is caught in an overhead squat motion, which challenges balance and proprioception to add variation to training.
For Shoulder strength and power development, this exercise is excellent, as well as also contributing to injury preventative due to its placement and control required to stabilise behind the head.
